10 year US Air Force veteran controlling various close air support aircrafts. I have nearly one and a half decades of experience as a video operator for 2 mega-churches in Houston and Dallas. I'll leverage those skills to meet and possibly exceed your needs.

I was already a Camera Operator BEFORE acquiring my license.
Cinematography principles I’ve learned as a career are easily applied to these cameras. In fact for video, it is crucial to have an understanding of framing and movement – how to calibrate the gimbal and functions in the drone to move smoothly, as well as the muscle memory to control it.
As the old saying goes, if you love your work, then you'll never work a day in your life!

My first job ever was in construction so working in that industry excites me when dealing with ortho mosaic maps, inspections and surveying. My goal is develop new and repeat customers and fostering life long business relationships.

* Indoor /outdoor tour video - $150 /hr which includes standard color grading. Travel is ok
*Aerial photos only - $50 set of 5
* 360 degree indoor floor plan - $75 - $350/hr depending on SF. (Over 2,500 SF prices will vary)
* Combination - 1 video & 30 photos - $200
* Commercial - Set up Appointment for Rates!

Surveying Supplement
With the Mavic 3 Enterprise we are able to deliver centimeter level accuracy. Depending on size of the property but in most cases the footage is captured within the hour and end product available on the cloud within 24-48 hours. Easily downloadable and available through perpetuity.
